1. Items are non-exchangeable but exceptions negotiable.
2. Prices shown are in Malaysia Ringgit and excluding postage.
3. Items will only be dispatched once payment is received.
4. Payments must be made within 2 days after ordering lest the order will be cancelled.
5. Payments made before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day.
6. Beautiful Telekung will not be responsible for any loss once the item is sent out and the tracking number provided to buyer.
7. Colour of the actual items might differ slightly from the images due to screen resolution and lighting.
